Terrebonne.jpg Claire Terrebonne (Washburn ’08) is now Staff Attorney and Guardian ad Litem for children at Jackson County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).  She will represent the best interest of abused and neglected children in the Jackson County Family Court and support CASA’s goal of ensuring that every child involved in the court system ends up in a safe and permanent home.

Claire says, “I’ve been a volunteer attorney for Jackson County CASA since 2010.  When I look back over my short legal career, that volunteer work has been my most satisfying role as an attorney.  So when the staff attorney position came open, I jumped at the opportunity!”
