Molly attended high school at St. Teresa's Academy in Kansas City, MO, and then attended the University of Notre Dame for her undergraduate education. At Notre Dame, she was a member of the Women's Soccer team, where she won multiple conference championships, played in three NCAA Final Fours, and won a national championship in 2010. She was a Big East Scholar-Athlete, ESPN/COSIDA Academic All-District selection, and was named to the Dean's List.
After graduating from Notre Dame in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, Molly remained at Notre Dame and worked in the athletic department for four years. She worked for a year as an intern in the Athletic Director's office, and was then promoted to a full-time role assisting the Sr. Deputy Director of Athletics in oversight of various facets of the Athletic Department.
Molly began law school at Notre Dame in the fall of 2016. She will work at the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Western District of Missouri in the summer of 2017, and plans to return to Kansas City after graduating from law school.
She is a third-generation Kansan and will be a fourth-generation attorney.
