Jack O’Malley is a native of Wichita, Kansas and a fifth generation Kansan. He graduated from Kansas State University in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Strategic Management with a minor in Leadership Studies.

At K-State, Jack had the opportunity to become deeply involved in campus life. He served as Student Body Vice President, representing over 20,000 students to university administration. He also served as President of FarmHouse Fraternity, a member of the Student Alumni Board, and a member of Blue Key Senior Honorary.

Jack’s professional experience deepened his interest in law and public policy. He interned twice with Husch Blackwell Strategies, a public affairs and government relations firm in Topeka. He also completed an internship with Unbound, an international nonprofit in Kansas City.

At K-State, Jack was the recipient of the Nancy Landon Kassebaum Public Service Scholarship and received the Anderson Senior Award for Outstanding Leadership.

From growing up in Wichita, to four years at K-State, to working at the Statehouse in Topeka — Kansas has made me who I am. I’m going to law school because I want to come back and serve this state in a meaningful way.”
