Congratulations to Katie Jo Luningham on her new position as the Director of Litigation Counsel at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc..
Her new job is to manage and handle pre-litigation disputes, litigation matters (including general liability, product liability, trademark, patent, and contract disputes), and responses to government agencies in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. She’ll also assist with general legal advising, along with the rest of the Legal Department.
SBH is a global retailer and distributor with business across North American & Eruope, but her role will be focused on managing US litigation and legal risks.
