“It’s such a humbling experience to be the beneficiary of another’s lifetime of dedication and excellence. To share the heritage of J.L. Weigand Jr.’s service with these outstanding scholars is a true honor. Kansas is more than just home for me. It is a place where endless potential and promise resides. The character of the people in this state makes this a truly special place to live and work.”
